Admissions to licensed nursery schools in Tokyos 23 wards up 13% from year before as Japanese customers apply in more numbers

"According to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, 36,138 applications for April admission have been submitted to licensed nursery schools in Tokyo's 23 wards, a 13 percent increase over last year."
