Japanese customers reduce consumption and seen in delivery of home delivered parcels according to transport ministry

"The number of home-delivery parcels handled by trucking companies declined 2.3% from a year earlier to 3.14 billion in fiscal 2009 through March this year for the second consecutive yearly fall, the transport ministry said Monday."
