Japanese customers, new limit on Forex at 50 times collateral starts August 1st, 2010

"...on Aug. 1 introduce a new rule capping the leverage for foreign exchange
margin trades at 50 times the collateral...
The cap will be lowered to 25 times in August 2011. "
