Japanese customers travelling to India to learn english so as to become better managers with a strong global outlook

"IHI Corp will send candidates for management positions to study English at a university in India for two months from October as part of efforts to develop managers with strong global outlooks... sees little point to sending candidates to study in the U.S. and Britain due to the large populations of Japanese in those countries... In India,..Japanese are scarce.... there is a greater likelihood of mixing with people of different nationalities."
