Japanese customers see their pension funds in black for first time in three years according to labor & welfare ministry

"..revenue of the pension fund for company workers was about 46.6 trillion yen in the last fiscal year, while spending was about 38.8 trillion yen. The surplus, the first in 3 years, was about 7.7 trillion yen or 92 billion dollars."
