Japanese customers lack of English skills has an impact on their relationships outside of Japan

"Although most of the (Japanese) designers cannot speak English, they tried hard to pick up the language."




Comment: In reality young Japanese technically have a high grasp on English but just low confidence in using it, especially when speaking but they do get it.They just don't show their skill.
