Japanese customers warned about lower levels of service when they travel in Scotland according to article

"A Japanese-language book with travel advice for visitors to Scotland has warned.....(Japanese) travellers will be disappointed if they expect Japanese standards of service. Tourists shouldn’t expect the same accurate, fast and polite service in Scotland compared to Japanese service at hotels, restaurants and shops. It advises travellers to be patient in Scotland, no matter where they go."
