What is it like working for a Japanese company in Japan and dealing with Japanese customers?


"Respect and patience and a sense of responsibility. That’s the biggest thing I took from the company, the importance of being responsible, to the customer, to your coworkers, and to everyone around you. And that idea really suited me a lot.
