"The Liberal Democratic Party created a smartphone game called “Abe-pyon” featuring Abe-chan, a cartoon character version of Prime Minister Shinzo Abe. (“Pyon” is a jumping sound in Japanese onomatopoeia comparable to “boing.”) In the game, Abe-chan leaps from one small foothold to another. Depending on the height he jumps, his position in the party changes, and he gets promoted from a freshman congressman to leadership positions such as director of the youth division."
