"The Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Ministry has urged rail operators to install the barriers at some 2,800 stations, which have more than 5,000 passengers a day.But the huge cost of installation and differences in the models of carriages—some have six doors while others four—have prevented the introductions."
