Japanese electricity usage up 1% in 2011 to 70 billion kilowatt hours

"Electricity demand (in Japan) expanded 1.0% on the year to 70.05 billion kilowatt-hours in April, up for the second straight month, the Federation of Electric Power Companies of Japan said Friday."
