"IGS and advertising company Asatsu-DK Inc. (ADK) conducted an Internet survey of approximately 400 randomly selected second-year high school students planning to go to college, as well as third-year college students. Fifty percent of the high school students and 55.3 percent of the college students surveyed said they believed it was too late for them to become "global human resources" even if they received an education tailored for that purpose."
