"Unit labour costs rose 2.6 per cent a year in Britain and Canada, 1.9 per cent in the US, France and Korea, but just 0.5 per cent in Germany and minus 1.7 per cent in Japan. Growth across the whole OECD averaged 1.6 per cent.
