"(Japan's) seasonally adjusted unemployment rate in June fell 0.2 percentage point from the previous month to 3.9 percent, dropping below 4 percent for the first time in more than four years.....The unemployed totaled 2.54 million, down by 160,000. The jobless rate fell 0.1 point to 4.1 percent for men and 0.4 point to 3.5 percent for women.Job openings were particularly plentiful in the automobile industry, which has enjoyed the benefits of the yen’s decline"
