Three Japanese attacked by a bear in residential area in Fukushima prefecture all suffered bite wounds

"AIZUMISATO, Fukushima...At around 6 a.m. on July 18, a 61-year-old newspaper delivery man was suddenly attacked by a bear around a meter in length while on a road in a residential neighborhood. A 54-year-old mother and her 28-year-old daughter who heard the man's screams and left their house were also attacked by the bear....all three suffered bite wounds including on the head and legs. They were hospitalized with light injuries."
