First half of 2013 sees foreigners buy 8 trillion yen of Japanese stocks the most since 1982

"For the January-June period, foreigners' cumulative net purchases exceeded 8 trillion yen, the most for a six-month period since comparable data became available in 1982. And the buying is continuing this month, particularly among long-term investors."
